Functionality:
In good running condition, fully tested and ran prior to removal from the vehicle. Engine idled smoothly at 900 rpm with no smoking upon startup. Engine was able to be revved smoothly with no misfires or hesitations. Compression tested with good results – (155-150-150-150). The engine had no major oil or fluid leaks during testing. We suggest replacing any other easy to access gasket while the engine is removed from the vehicle. Crank pulley spun smoothly with no wobbles or play. Oil and coolant have been drained with no excessive shavings or abnormalities. Will ship drained of all fluids.
Physical Condition:
Includes the engine long block, valve cover, ignition coils, fuel rail, injectors, wiring harness, motor mount brackets, crank pulley, AC compressor, alternator, oil filter housing, and intake manifold as shown. You will need to reuse some of your existing hardware and turbocharger components for installation.
*This engine does have physical damage to the exhaust manifold / Cylinder head casting where the turbocharger mounts to the cylinder head, as shown in the photos. The mounting bolt previously broke off in the cylinder head and cracked the casting as shown. We were able to remove the broken bolt, however the corner of the manifold did break off in the process. This broken piece will need to be professionally welded to the manifold and the mounting hole for the turbocharger will need to be re-tapped for use. Please view the final 4 photos for a better understanding of the extent of the damage*
