Functionality:

Removed from a 2011 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 3.8l Track with 98k miles. Removed from a running and driving car, so this motor was able to be fully driven and tested before removal. Engine idles smoothly at 800 rpm with no smoking upon startup. Engine was able to be revved with no misfires or hesitations. It also compression tested with good results (Driver: 175-180-175 / Passenger: 180-185-180). The engine had some oil residue leaking from the oil pan gasket, valve cover gasket, and oil filter O-ring during testing. We suggest changing this gasket, and any other easy to access seal while the engine is removed from the vehicle. Engine oil has been drained with no abnormalities present in the fluid. Ships drained of all fluids.

Physical Condition:

In good physical condition, Engine block has not been hit or cracked in any way. Free of any major surface rusting or corrosion. Includes the engine long block, valve covers, coil packs, high pressure fuel pump, fuel rails, injectors, motor mount brackets, EGR Valve, crank pulley, intake manifold, throttle body, AC compressor, power steering pump, oil filter housing, and alternator as shown. You will need to reuse some of your existing hardware and components for installation.
